A general interpretation method consists in associating traits that belong to the animal you dreamed about with situations in your waking life or aspects of your personality. You may find that the following generic snake characteristics are present in your dream, as well as in your daily life.
- Snakes are wild, untamed animals that cannot be trained. They are beyond our control.
Interpretation hint: Look if you are currently experiencing feelings or a situation that feel that way in your waking life; look withing to see if you need to pay attention a an untamed part of yourself that needs more space to express itself or develop harmoniously.
- Snakes are unpredictable. They tend to strike by surprise; they appear unexpectedly and disappear as fast as they showed up.
Interpretation hint: Can you associate these qualities with a fear you may be having or your own behavior when facing a challenging situation?
- They primarily evoke aversion and fear in humans.
When snakes and humans meet, there’s a danger that the snake will attack, mostly as a reaction to fear or feeling threatened.

- They possess the antidote to their own venom.
Interpretation hint: Often, a challenging situation is also an opportunity to discover something new and take on an opportunity. Look at how this relates to your life right now.
Conclusion: Key Points to Enhance your Dream Interpretation
Here are two key points to refine the interpretation of your dream.
Reconnect with the Snake in your Dream
The snake featured in your dream is most likely a transposed image or symbol of something that’s actually happening or preoccupying you in your daily life. It’s important to remember and recall the presence of the snake as it was in the dream.
For example, you can project yourself back in the dream, recall all sorts of details about what the snake looked like, how it was moving, how you were feeling. You could even imagine you can ask the dream snake questions about its intentions, what message it has for you, etc. This will get you started in decoding what the snake in your dream could symbolize.
Snake Dream & Call from the Unconscious
When interpreting a snake dream, a key point is to keep in mind that the serpent in your sleep means you’re symbolically receiving a wake up call from your unconscious.
Dreaming about a snake is usually an indicator that you need to pay attention to something important that you perhaps have been avoiding or that has escaped your awareness until now. Interpreting your dream will help you discover what it is and what you could do to about it.
When you’re dreaming of a snake, you can use your interpretation to encourage positive changes in your life. A snake dream can function like a two-sided coin: For each negative feeling in the dream, such as fear, apprehension, anxiety, or confusion, there’s an opportunity to realize something positive that will serve you in your waking life.
Bonus: Snake Symbols in Popular Myths and Traditions
The symbolism in a snake dream is primarily anchored in the personal life of the dreamer. Because the snake is a powerful symbol in many traditions and cultures, a snake dream can also be influenced by a wider meaning given to the snake or serpent in one’s culture.
In the Judeo-Christian tradition, the snake tempted Eve in the Garden of Eden. It is tinted with negative connotations and a symbol for temptation, evil, and sin.
In the Hindu tradition, Lord Siva wears a snake around his neck, as a representation of the control of dark forces and temptation. It also symbolizes the power of kundalini, the life force.
In ancient Greek mythology, Medusa is a Gorgon, represented as a woman with snake hair who can turn into stone whoever she looks at. According to the psycho-analytic perspective, it is a symbol for castration or repressed sexual energy.
Another popular Greek myth is about Aesclepius, Greek god of healing and medicine, who inspired rituals where snakes were used. Today, the rod of Asclepius is what we know as the Caduceus, symbol for modern medicine. In our dreams, it represents the opportunity for healing.
The feathered serpent from the Aztecs of South America is a symbol for the creator of life.

I don’t really know how to interpret this dream at all. Usually when I do have nightmares, it’s about snakes and/or other struggles. I can go from one place to another facing different struggles, but every time I go to a new location, which is COMPLETELY random, the snakes are there also. Sometimes I am an observer, and sometimes I am very actively involved. Whether I am an observer (feeling like the others can’t see me), or if I am involved, I am still worried that the snake will bite me. The snakes seem to be everywhere. Under things, behind things, in the grass, in the lake, in cars.. just everywhere. They never do bite me, but usually they are in a striking position/pose. Is there anyone that can help me understand this? It’s hard to remember any more detail than that. =/
last night I dreamed of large snakes eating people I know. One ot the people has been dead for several years. It swallowed him whole. The others, whom I can’t remember, were released by other people. What does this mean?
the snake in my dream was clear but white in color and very allusive as i chased it
1-2 days back we saw 2 snake(on the same day) in our home. Since then my mom and dad were planning to one of the temples. Since we are in our hometown and my father and i had to go back to our place in 1-2 days, they were planning it quickly and i suppose i was there in most/all the discussions. Today while coming back from our relatives house, i saw a vision where i am being bitten by a snake and later tonight, i had a dream like a snake is calling me somewhere. I also saw that I am going with my parents towards the temple and suddenly in between, I feel the snake calling me and I ask the driver to stop and I get down of the vehicle and ask them to leave. I also saw that someone is watching me. Who/when/why/how I don’t know. I am a kind of person who does not believe in god and am highly emotional. Please advice. Is it because my Mom and Dad were talking about going to the temple and I was being adamant of not going to the same or because i saw 2 snakes on the same day. I would also like to add that I had another dream on the same day, where a person unknown told me that 2 more snakes were found in my house
It was around morning time I happened to see a snakes in black they were a bunch of them like the roots of the tree .I know this place but it is some where in my child hood i happened to seen it .But the place was similar to it that I had in my dream so then this root like snake in black surrounded me in my front side but there is only one way to get out and no one was there just a moment ago everyone there were leaving I was stranded for no reason then all of the sudden the snake pops-upp like a root from the tree transformed into snake .Then I see a small snakes in the walls I think 6 of them of all different sizes they were pale green and yellow on my wall in my house what does it interpret ????
A year ago an ex boyfriend momentarily came back into my life. I started having dreams about snakes. Colorful snakes, people morphing into snakes, and just snakes everywhere. They weren’t ever striking or never bite. After we ended our relationship they stopped. A few nights ago I talked to him on the phone and have thought alot about him so last night..I dreamt about snakes being everywhere again. What does this mean? It seems like I only dream about snakes when this person is in my life.
So I had a dream that I was at a club and there was a black snake on the ceiling. My friend knocked it down on the floor and the snake was going crazy. It bit this one guy and it started coming towards my direction and i started running from it. and i woke up from that dream. What does it mean?
i had a dream last night…i encountered a snake and used my hand to pull off the head of the snake and then there’s another snake which i am also trying to pull off the head but it bite me. thereafter, i just put the snake in a jar and cover it but check to it that there’s a small little holes on the cover so that the snake could breathe. what does it mean?
Last night I dreamed that a green snake was in my artificial tree and it bit my two year old daughter, I was afraid that it would bite me or her again and was trying to think of a way to get rid of it…Earlier I dreamed that I was in the mall and witnessed a man carrying his young son through the mall and the boy had been bitten by a large white or yellow snake and it was loose I was afraid that I would see it somewhere …Weird2k3f
Tuesday night i had a dream,i was sitting on the couch in between the middle of the two cushions i can see out the corner of my eye something moving,i looked around,it was a kinda off white med)size snake part of its body still in the sofa,it didnt to much scare me,but i gave a little holla and jumped up and it was just looking at me wasn’t hissing or nothing,so i called for my husband, i said kinda calmly there’s a snake in the sofa, about the time i turned back around it was gone and i woke up very content. why?
I keep having two dreams with the same snake. In one, I am in the local grocery store and there’s this pregnant( I know this because the grocery person tells me it’s pregnant) grey snake in the iced fruit section just chilling out on the crushed ice by the fruit. When I touch it, it slithers away toward the stock room but rises up to look me square in the face before it goes on about it business. In one dream, I run and it chases me. In another, I just stand there looking it in the face. Both of the dreams then skip ahead and I wake up right after I see myself in the stock room with my foot on its head, waiting for someone to come bag it. It’s getting bothersome because the dream has become a nightly occurence and I’m not sleeping:/
I had a dream in wish I was on lying down on the flow of a forest with leaves on the flow , then I saw a couple of snakes that looked like small to medium sized anacondas/pythons/boa constrictors(it has yellowish color pattern) and i was rolling on the floor to avoid it and then I looked up and saw one falling off a tree directly above and rolled to avoid it.
I have had a couple of dreams about snakes recently. The first one involved my pet dogs, which in the dream, were miniturised & I was concerned that the snake would eat them. When I first saw the reptile it started off as a geko, then turned to an iguana then a snake. When I could see the snake properly it had a yellow/green background colour & bright yellow/golden spots – but it also had a white zipper for a mouth!!! Which was half open ! I tried to keep the dogs away from the snake but they came running through & the snake then raised up to my height, I knocked it to the side & it then went for me, biting my neck.
My second dream was similar in the fact that I was concerned for my dogs, but this snake was a normal snake & I was having trouble with it. I couldn’t contain it properly & ended up putting it in my fish tank – but it escaped. The dream ended at that though ???? Any ideas ????
I can’t really find anything that explains my dream.
I dreamed that I turned around and saw this woman that I know kind of walking funny or dragging her foot. And I thought to myself, why is she walking like that? I looked down and saw her foot bleeding, or hurt. I looked further, just behind her, and saw a cobra. She had been bitten by the cobra. I suddenly was up closer to the cobra and could see its face or at least the shape of it and that was how I knew it was a cobra. Later, I was told that as soon as they wiped the venom from her foot she died.
I really do not know this woman well. I have seen her a few times, greeting her each time, and sometimes hugging her as I enter or leave the room but, really, I know little about her. I do know that she is a LCSW and her husband teaches the group that we go to. It is called Dreamshifting. The teacher, was taught Toltek teachings and is teaching us to stop the chatter in our brains so we can be more present in the now and live a fuller, non-judgmental life. We hold the meetings in her office. I do often wonder about her because she doesn’t say much and she is intriguing to me since I can’t really figure her out. Most people I can pick up on warm feelings, or bitter feelings, love, or anger. But, for some reason I just can’t figure her out, like what her intentions are. Anyways, that’s the only thing I can relate it to and it kind of bothers me a lot that I would dream that about her, not knowing anything about her. Any ideas?
My dream is different from any I have read. I was at my home some bearded guy I do not know rough looking I invited said he had some alcohol after he parked in drive I told Jim I had it I don’t drink much but I have jack and coke I felt uneasy as if he wanted me to grab it out the car like a trap I was laying on floor with friends and with snakes in dream I referred to self as snake handler there were 8 I believe maybe one more they were calm and we’re I wanted them. Rattle snakes but onestood out and puffed liked a cobra thoughsame as all others and I they guy mentioned earlier had brought him in I knew it. I held pillow up and also tried to charm but knew I would be bit I was scared at first then told friend he was gonnasnake lookedat friend and held out hand as he said knowing it wouldn’t go for hand it bit me in knee I squeezed his hand said it hurts but it is ok. It was latched on and the pain of bite hurt felt venom and relaxed said it was supposed to happen. It was a wild one set among mine I had no control was fearfull but then acceptedw. I was upset and knew the guy did it o ruin me but was ok.then awoke.
I had a dream that a really big green snake attacked me but one of my friend saw the situation and he save me. the snake was trapped at one of the house of my old colleague. And we help each other to pushed the truck as protection on the door to so that the snake cannot open it.We are all safe after that…
I had a dream that I moved to Florida to take a new job and there were all kinds of snakes in my apartment. There were red, bright blue, green, diamond back patterns. Big ones, small ones. Slithering and running away except the bigger ones. The bigger ones tried to strike so I grabbed it by its head and actually saw it snap its jaws and see its fangs and saw its venom. However throughout the dream I make positive job growth.
I just saw this snake it was neither too big or too small. Maybe the length of both hands stretched. I did not fear it. It did not show its tongue or hiss or anything. I was just surprised to see it. Meantime my sister enters the room, it was my room. I tell her there is a snake under my bed so she better be careful. And then, I see that the snake has come out and is crawling on the rod of the clothes stand. I show my sister and assume that it is going out, since the clothes stand was very near the door and window.
The other night I dreamt of being on my college campus, and one of my guy friends had been turned into a snake. We let him go in the campus swamp and promised to be back. The next day, we were calling for him and found him and a few other snakes tied hanging from the trees, split up the stomach and flayed out. And HALF of their heads had been cut off. I felt horrified, not from the snakes, but that someone so cruelly murdered the snakes, one of them being my friend.
(and no, the friend was not someone I knew, but rather just someone I knew as ‘friend’)
Its been bugging me for a few days and I can’t get answers on any of the sites I’ve found..
I have dreams about driving along the waters edge some where and see lots of light colored snakes on the banks. I am fearful of snakes in general. I come to the end of the land (the road turns into water), try to turn around, then wake up. I feel panic.
I had a dream last night that involved three snakes. The first one I encountered, I was alone in a wooded area. The snake that approached me was a boa constrictor, white with a brown and yellow pattern. It was probably 5-6ft long and I remember thinking that it wasn’t venomous. When it bared its fangs at me, there was no venom dripping. However, it still bit me on the hands three times. After the first two bites, I stuffed it in a shopping bag (bizarre) and when I went to put another shopping bag over it, the snake bit my hand again. I then went asking and looking for an antidote but I felt fine and there were no repercussions from the snakebites. A week passed and I was telling my brother about the fact that I’d been bitten by this boa constrictor three times but had no adverse effects from it. Afterwards, I was in a church and walking from room to room when a person (I don’t remember who) handed me a long black snake with an orange pattern. I felt fear with this snake but the snake wasn’t interested in biting me. We were outside and walking, the snake in my hands when suddenly, a small snake, identical in color to the one I held in my hands, came out of a brick wall above. The snake in my hands leaped up and consumed the small snake that came out of the hole in the brick wall.
It was after that I woke up. I felt very uneasy as whenever I dream of snakes, I always feel like they’re in the bed with me. I was surprised, however, at the peace I felt after I was bitten. I knew that I wouldn’t die and that the snakebite wouldn’t affect me. When the snake bared its fangs, because I saw no venom pooling, although I got bit, I was at peace. It was very strange but it was stranger still that I didn’t wake up immediately but continued dreaming. That was when I dreamt of the other two snakes.
I am definitely in a transitional space in my life and I’m also worried about money. Those are two clues that the dream dredged up for me. If anyone can offer an interpretation, I would be grateful. Thank you!
In my dream I opened my back door to feed my dog. I noticed something on the ground to the right. It was a coiled brown and black snake. I believe it was non poisonous. However, I immediately was swallowed in fear went back in the house and shut the door. The snake then crawled up to my porch and waited by my door raising his head halfway to the window as if it wanted to come in. At this point I realized that I wanted to prevent my family from opening the door and and allowing the snake to come in. So I crossed off the entry way with caution yellow tape. Eventually, someone, a male I didn’t know when out to kill the snake. When he walked off with the snake another one half dead popped up. My nephew who wasn’t aware of the snakes had went out and step on the second one by accident and killed it. The third snake I saw was along side of the house coiled up maybe half dead. When I crossed it I didn’t sense the same fear as the first. Eventually, I was able to open my door again.
It’s a recurring dream. I am lying in bed, I see bright white around me, the snakes are all small and are coming up from the dark edges towards me. I always wake frightened, heart pumping before they get to me. I then have to turn the light on and rip the pillow/ duvet off the bed to check that there are no snakes in my bed. I usually then feel a bit silly realising it was a dream and go straight back to sleep.
i often dream of snake biting my hand….sometimes big snake the most recent was a small snake.im bothered what does it mean ?
This is more of a nightmare than a dream, this is my first snake nightmare, I always have snake dreams and the snake is always hunting after me and i’m always scared. But this one was the scariest so far.
I popped a pimple on my thigh, and this liquid started leaking out of it. Then I had this hole in my thigh the size of a small fly. Then I started saying or thinking something about the possibility of having worms (this relates to my recent trip to Ghana, West Africa where one of my friends had a tap worm in her stomach and I saw the thing pulsing, it was disgusting) and then I start feeling something crawling through my skin, I quickly try to grasp it and try to pull it out, but then a snake comes out instead leaping at me. That’s when I woke up with a jolt from the terror.
Any idea what’s going on with my messed up subconscious-self ?
A dream is defined as, “an unfolding sequence of perceptions, thoughts, and emotions during sleep that is experienced as a series of real-life events.” Based on that, a dream is just the thoughts that pop into someones head while they are sleeping and they are pieced together as that person is waking up. The way a person perceives a dream is just a matter of how they put it together as they are coming back from an unconscious state. That being said, would you agree that what you dream about and what happens in your dream is no more than just your thoughts and feelings about that specific thing? If you’re dreaming about snakes then maybe it just happened to be a thought that went through your head during sleep and you remembered it and put it together in a story and its just how you would handle that situation if it came about in real life. Or maybe you just remember it because you thought it was cool.
It was a small snake going towards my direction as I am moving backwards. The snake move up in the air and came close towards me until it reached my left chest or shoulder, I cant remember.
i dreamt i was in a room don’t remember which room and suddenly a lot of snakes appeared one after another i was a little bit scared at first but then discovered that they were non harmous snake and started to collect them friendly in a jar where i put them all , then it is blurry i dont remember maybe something about showing the jar to someone and opening it again just for fun or something it was a friendly dream no fears or whatsoever but as a shock that i was manipulating snakes , i remember one was different from others but i still collected her and put her in a jar without touching her mouth .
i then dreamed that i was with a group of friends and my girlfriend and went away with a class mate and kissed her it was very tasty and beautiful in the dream it was dark and we were all someplace like downtown.
plz help is those two dreams related and what is the meaning i ve been with my gf for 4 years and i love her
I SAW IN A DREAM THAT I WAS PURSUING A SNAKE WHICH WAS SHOWING ME THE WAY OF THE TEMPLE.FINNALLY I FOUND THAT TEMPLE AND ENRATRED THERE. I SAW SHIVLINGAOF LORD SHIVA AND MILK WAS FLOWING AROUND IT AND WORSHIP WAS GOING ON. WHAT DOES IT INDICATE?
Snake represents devil as in the Bible in the book of Genesis. If you see snake in your dream, that means you have to be more careful as the evil(devil) is trying to hurt you or is trying to take stronger hold of your life than God. Advice: Spend more time in prayer and meditate on the word of God(Holy Bible). God bless you

I had a dream in the middle of the day during a nap. I was with my mom and a cousin. In the dream my cousin was getting in his car on the driver’s side when I noticed the snake going into a hole near the driver’s door. I beckoned to my cousin to warn him of the snake when the snake came out of the hole. My cousin immediately jumped ontop of the car. The snake also jumped up on the car I was standing a good ways back but after the snake jumped on the car it than jumped on me to attack. It was a rattle snack with green and black eyes. I hollered in fear of the snake and than was woken by my daughter who was sitting in the living room with me.
Im not sure what this dream is trying to tell me but however, I have been going through a lot of things lately and have a few decisions to make that I am unsure of what direction to go. I wish I knew what was going on is there something or someone I need to steer away from or am I finally excepting the healing. Somebody please help me.
I had this dream for a couple of days now and i woke up startled both times. I am scared and my heart’s beating really fast. I don’t know the whole dream but the part i can remember goes like this.
It is a wooded path with thick shrubbery and trees on both sides of a road which is winding. It is filled with lots of snakes hiding in the bushes mainly. I come to the beginning of the road. There are two pythons one black and one yellow. The yellow one is staring directly at me. The black one is in the background and under the yellow one. I ignore those and start walking. Lying on the ground, there is a green snake with red mouth and grey eyes I see it and continue walking towards it(a couple of steps) and it hurls at me and bites my shirt. I am unharmed but i can see that it has big fangs and is poisonous. I tug on the snake and throw it into the air. In the bushes hiding are couple of slim red snakes too. Now, the road itself transforms to sand in the last part of the dream. I start running to get away from this whole mess. At which point i wake up. Every snake knows i am there. There are lots of snakes and it really frightens me after i wake up. What could be the meaning of this dream?
I keep having the same dream about a huge black snake thats like stuck in My front door. Half of its body is inside & the other is on the other side of the closed front door of the house I don’t remember the feeling of fear just didn’t want it in the house & wondering why it’s there. I’ve had just about the same dream
Like twice now
I dreamt that a huge snake bit my right toe. I’m not sure what this means but i lost consciousness after getting bitten. Surprisingly, I woke up after a while ‘in the dream’ something like i did not die getting bitten. what does this mean? Please do help me .. I’m really terrified of this
Had a dream about a yellowish colored snake. It was in a box as I tried closing box snake grew bigger and bigger, as I tried closing box the lid was pushing up and snake was trying to get out.
Odd, I had a very similar dream. It was a yellow snake with a few white patches over its body. It had come from a medium-sized cardboard box and tried to attack me. Do you think the color of the snake means something?
Last night I had a dream that a red bellied black snake bit me. I was near a small crystaline water hole, I was about to jump over the water and onto a grass hill on the otherside when I saw the snake. I stayed still for a while to see if the snake would slither away, I was calm at first, but I kind of knew that it would inevitabley bite me. It slid up and around my left leg, I went to jump the water to escape but when I moved it bit me, just below my knee on the back of my left leg. I limped to get help. It was a very vivid dream. It scared me becasue I think it took place near my’dream home’-(by dream hoe I mean the place I would like to live oneday)- I am currently developing plans and goals to make that life a reality, so this dream really confused me.
Last night i had a dream where it was a friend who was showing me a snake under the bed and i was sleeping flat with my tummy and when she whispers to me to look at it i look back sow it it was just behind me kind of looking at me it was a beautiful black and white snake and it was not harmful and i was telling others who were in the room to look at it but funny i was the one who was trying to chase it , which i did and i took something not sure if it was a shoe or what but is there was an object that i used to throw to the snake then that object hit the snake on its tail and somehow the tail was cutted down and the snake manahe to run through the water tap hole i sow it getting in thought of pulling the snake out and i stoppped not sure whether was a fear or not that stopped me from pulling the snake out of the water tap hole i look at it until i could see it anymore only the part of it that was on cutted down by the object i used
I usually never remember my dreams. But, last night I had this strange nightmare involving snakes and when I woke up I remembered. I dont know if one snake was chasing me or a couple. The snake was black, long, slimy, quick with a green iris and black pupil eyes. All, I remember was that I felt fear and was running as fast as I could, but the snake would catch up to me and bite me and I would keep on running after and felt pain, then I remember saying something to the snake to challenge it and scare it away like a prayer or something, but the snake would strike again and bite me causing more pain. That’s all I remember. Personally, I hate snakes and I interpret this nightmare as two things: 1. a sign of transition and that I need to find a better job and not be afraid of change. or 2. that there are people I need to watch out for. Hopefully, I dont dream of snakes any more, because I really dont like serpents.
i dreamed i was in the place of former place that i worked,,,was working and from under a counter 2 snakes came out, they were brown and black striped.. i wasnt afraid,,but one of thr snakes had 3 heads.. perfect formed. later in the day i told my friend about the snakes and he told me he had killed them..
I have dream about snake last night but I’m not frighten by the snake or being hunted,, but I see the snake scape from a thousands of ants who wants to eat him, then when I’m about to jump I see the snake going inside to a hole on the soil….and then I see a camel comes out from a big sticky womb,,, and last I see my mother enjoying, checking her blouse,,, what does it mean,,and I always dream a river where I use to swim when I’m small,,, until now I always felt I’m swimming in that river but not dark or dirty,,
I have been dreaming of a black snake biting me the first time in my car and last night I had a dream of a black snake biting me in the eye when i woke up,after falling back to sleep last night I dreamed of the devil’s wings and that black snake again after seeing that a cross appeared with a skull on both sides with fire under them in my dream the cross was spinning in the middle of the skulls and changing colors. Can you tell me what this means?
I was in a house I never been in before and when i went to open the door cause someone was trying to come in, i realized it was a huge snake. I then tried to push the door closed but the snake came through a big python, huge it then started going all over the house in every room chasing me, i then took the kids an put them on the couch so the snake couldn’t see them. As the snake was going out the door I realized there was a much smaller snake, it was a rattlesnake it was flying in the air above the couch on one of those light things, the snake threw itself at the couch near the kids and then Hailey or someone like her i couldn’t see the face grabbed the snake cause it was on ethans chest she grabbed it an threw it but it was too late cause it bit her on the face. That’s when i woke myself up, then fell back to sleep alil after. Then i had another dream more snakes. This one was in a different house, this time it was one snake body but full of snake heads or something spinning an it was just attacking everyone and everything just rolling around the whole house biting everyone even me
swallow snake
i had two dreams about snakes. they were both the same snake in each dream and each dream was located in the room i sleep. my first dream the snake was slithering out from the mattress i felt disgusted/grossed out and in shock. the next day i told my mom about the dream
a few days after i had another dream of the snake slithering in the dresser i did not feel fear but concern and in my dream i ran to my mom saying see i told you there was a snake.
Snakes fighting and showing off in front of me.
I see that a snake tries to swallow me,but I fight with it untill it dies and I come out freely without any harm.
Last night, I had a dream about a giant snake. He was my friend, but I didn’t trust him. I was walking down a beach while he slithered next to me. We stopped at some people, and they asked me why I didn’t trust the snake. I said, “cause he’s a giant anaconda. look at him!”
We continued down the beach.
My memory gets fuzzy here, but cut to this scene-
The snake has slithered around someone (maybe my dad?) and is constricting that person to death. I try to pull him off, but he’s too strong. So, I find a rock and hack a small hole in him. From that small hole, an enourmous amount of blood comes out.
I’m not sure what happened after that as I can’t remember.

After reading this information presented on this site, I think my dream relates to things I’m going through in my day to day life.
I’m going through a transitional time where I got out of a long term relationship, and became a man who now sleeps with many women without getting attached to any of them.
There’s this one girl I’ve been seeing fairly regularly for a few weeks. She wanted to see me on saturday, but I was busy trying to find new girls. I ignored her text.
End of the night, I run into her, and bring her home. I let her sleep over, and then the next day, we went out to breakfast. I felt slightly guilty that she really likes me. She was the third girl in three days.
It was that night I had my snake dream.
Maybe it means my masculinity has gotten so huge, I can have these crazy adventures, but at the same time, I don’t trust it because I don’t want to hurt anyone.
