Green Snake Dream

When a green snake shows up in a dream, it typically symbolizes the resurgence of the dreamer’s connection with oneself.  The meanings associated with green, especially when featured in a snake dream, are about nature, the earth, going back to what is true to you. In addition, the symbolism of the color green points to emotions and feelings, including hope and heartfelt connections. The dream interpretation should take into account any other personal associations you make with this color.

Dream Meaning Summary

  • Bringing forth again aspects of yourself that have been neglected or ignored
  • Connection with nature and earth energies
  • Time of personal growth, development, especially associated with emotions
  • A call for heartfelt relationship with someone, something in your life or oneself
  • Hope, quietness, healing
  • Jealous feelings that have been ignored or repressed
  • Any personal associations you make with the color green

What Does a Dream of a Green Snake Mean?

Here are several meanings to help interpret your dream about a green snake.

Dream Meaning #1: Green snakes as symbols for personal growth

Because the color of the snake is green, the dream suggests that a transformation is occurring in your life quite organically, naturally, just like when plants grow on their own. Perhaps you are discovering new aspects of yourself or nurturing a relationship or project. To dream of a green snake indicates that you’re undergoing personal growth and inner transformation.

Depending on the shade of the colored snake, you can find additional meanings regarding the quality and characteristics of your personal development.

Dream Meaning #2: Connecting with your true self

Green snakes are strongly associated with nature and the earth. What in you is moved by the presence of this snake in your dream? How does the creature or the dream relate to an earthy, natural part of you that is in the process of emerging?

As green symbolizes what’s natural, earthy, a dream about a green snake may mean that you are reconnecting with more grounded qualities in yourself. At least, it’s a call to pay more attention to what helps you ground and find enough energy to support you in living and expressing what’s true to you and in you.

Dreaming Meaning #3: Symbolic representation of new beginnings and positive change

The color green may point to some aspects of yourself or a project in your life that is not “ripe” yet; in other words, you are dealing with just the beginnings. Green on a snake is about the come back of the energy of positive change in your life. Depending on how the snake behaves in your dream, it could reflect how you are embracing or coping with the change: Are you experiencing it as aggression, threat, death of old patterns? Or are you at peace with this evolution?

The green snake in your dream is then likely a call to take care of an opportunity for growth that you may otherwise be missing. It could indicate the need to nurture a bit more something that is just starting to emerge in your life, whether it’s new habits, a relationship or personal project.

Dream Meaning #4: Shades of green snakes and their meanings

The shade of the colored snake will tell more about the meanings conveyed in the dream. Darker greens generally have negative connotations associated with jealousy, perhaps deceit. Lighter shades of green express opening up to healing, opportunity for growth. A balanced, healthy green suggests strength in your personal growth, steadiness and determination. It could also be a symbol for serenity, calm.

Even though green is archetypally associated with nature, healing, and growth, your interpretation will benefit from looking within yourself to find out what green means to you personally. In addition, consider the behavior of the snake in the dream. It may give clues about how you are experiencing some changes that are occurring in your daily life.

Next Step: Make your Own Meaning

To go further with the interpretation of your green snake dream, ask yourself the following questions. You can get more information in the Snake Dream Interpretation Guide.

  • What is calling you to grow and get closer to your true self?
  • What in your life or your personality is just starting to blossom and needs a bit of attention to fully develop?
  • What aspects of yourself or parts of your life to you need to heal the most?

I had a dream that a man was holding a light green snake and the snake was on the floor chasing me and he was holding it like a dog. It just kept snapping at me. What does that mean.

I had a dream last night, it started with me being in an old house which was well lit, with a bunch of people i didn’t know but felt a connection/close too.. i knew these people as friends. For some reason we knew there was something dangerous outside and in an attempt to keep it out we bordered up the house. Next thing a huge almost serpent like pale green snake smashes down the wall and starts causing mayhem dragging people out into the darkness , picking us off one by one. it drags the last person out leaving me alone, i run into the kitchen only to find the snake has somehow stung the bodies across the wall, i go to run out of the kitchen but as i turn the snake is there. A slight pause and the feeling of defeat i hold out my hand as the snake gently starts applying pressure to my hand biting it, my arm starts to feel numb and i feel my body slowly being paralyzed, i feel the end is near. I spot a vegetable knife on the kitchen table and with my spare hand i chop the snakes head off in one clean strike, the snake starts to shrivel into what one would call a normal size. I pick the snake up and chuck it out the door, heading to a car and driving off down the highway and then i woke up.. i didnt feel scared waking up, i felt confident and powerful but the dream has me very curious as it felt so vivid and i rarely remember dreams, what are peoples thoughts?

I got viscously killed with shotguns in a battle between a biker gang and some other people, I can not see the reason why but, I was badly hurt and my legs and my brain was gone. Still throughout all of it I found myself fully conscious, I died but my mind decided not to leave the body, so it became a zombie fully under my control and incredibly powerful. After I took care of the murderers I wandered of along a road and as I walked millions of black and brown grey snakes came out of the ground, lots and lots of them, they were everywhere and I got scared but, even as they were aggressive they did not mind me all that much they were just like that and they did not bite me. They kind of were all around me, everywhere. When the snakes became kind of everywhere I crawled down into a hole in the ground, and yes the snakes came out of the ground, half body in the ground and waving like grass, so I crawled into a small hole in the ground, damp and dark and I felt a lot of claustrophobia, but that went away. There was one and at the same time many Mahasiddhas or Awakened Buddhist saints in the cave and when my zombie body came down there they wondered why I had done such a thing, then they gathered my body together from atoms by way of in breath, a continual long inhale in which the whirling atoms gathered together and formed my body anew, at the same time I gained the knowledge of sustaining life forever through breath, a special kind of inhale that gathers raw force of nature into a body of immortality.
What a strange dream. Could you please tell me a little about you thoughts on this.

I had a dream of a green snake which was trying to enter my house. I managed to shut the door and kept it out. To drive it away I sprayed some sort of “insect extinguisher” which affected the snake but obviously did not kill it. The snake persisted in coming back, outside my door. Then the green snake was joined by another reptile, the upper part of which was shaped as a female with black long hair and her lower part was like a snake. Apparently, this creature was about to throw up more snakes which she carried inside her. In her attempt to throw up she was shaking. After that point, the dream was interrupted.
Throughout the dream I was quite anxious and in agony. I am very perplexed by this dream and I wonder if anyone can help.
    Thank you.

I always have green snake dreams, most times the snakes were attacking me and someone always steps in to save me. Last nights involved a small green snake getting into my trousers and lying beside my genitals. It seemed harmless, but someone pulled it out and killed it. Its death left me feeling depressed scared and alone, yet relieved. I’ve had that feeling of depression all day now and its doesn’t look like its going away. I accidentally had a same sex affair with a stranger (don’t ask how its happened) and being straight I am completely disturbed by this development. Having read the early part of this article, I don’t know what to make of the dream

I think this dream deals with your questions about your sexuality. Are you really straight? How do you ACCIDENTALLY have an affair with a stranger? I think you already know the answer.

I dreamt of two different snake which they are two different color green. One of the snake was strange looking type of snake. There was a jelly-type(sort of like jello), the skin was smooth, shiny green and the form of the body was like a slug but it’s longer. It started growing then changed scene to where it was crawling in a room. The room look like a waiting room with lots if window. I was also in the room with the jelly snake. Then I saw the other snake came out through a door or maybe a hallway behind the windows crawling it’s way to the entrance of the room. The snake looked like a grass snake but it’s color was lime green and in one spot by the left side of the head was yellow green. When it came inside the room the grass snake and the jelly snake touched each other by nose-to-nose. Then the jelly snake crawled away. Then the grass snake looked at me, I started feeling afraid because it looked like it wanted to attack me. Then it seem like the snake notice or smell my fear, crawled faster towards me. I stood straight up so fast with my head up high. Scared that it was going to bite me then. But it went straight right by my left ear where my hair was hanging over the snake and my ear. After the grass snake stood by my ear for about 3-5 second, I didn’t feel afraid at all. Then suddenly I heard a voice yelled out a name, named “Jennifer”. So I found myself screaming out “Jennifer” like I was afraid of the grass snake and telling “so-called” Jennifer. Very stranged dream. Could tell me what is my dream trying to tell me?
    -Thanks-

I while back, I dreamed about this weird unusual snake. The dream was really weird. I came out of my house and looked on my lawn and saw this little green garden snake, it was light green, then I saw the snake going towards the side of my house, and it turned larger as it went to the side of my house, it turned into this huge green pale like serpent. The dream was weird because I live in a complex, my house doesn’t have a side to it. The snake turned huge, like 5-7 feet long, it looked more pale green even a bit yellowish in colour. For some reason I wasn’t afraid, I actually ran after it and called to it, when I called to it, it was like 10 feet away from me, and it turned around like it knew I was calling to it, and it hissed at me, it looked so frightening with it fangs, its cobra like head and the size of it. As soon as it hissed it started coming towards me, as soon as I saw that, I ran like no tomorrow, and it just disappeared out of my dream. I informed everyone in my complex about the dangerous snake, and they went to go search for it, so it doesn’t danger anyone. No one found it. I woke up feeling really weird and the image of the snake turning around and hissing at me was stuck in my head, I wasn’t scared of the serpent until it hissed at me and started moving towards me. I don’t even know why I ran after it and called to it, and it was like it understood me when I called to it, the way it turned around. When it was going to the side of my home (left side) I felt like it was an invader, that’s why I guess I called to ask it what it was doing. The snake wasn’t bothered by me until I called after it, it was like I interrupted it or something. It chased me and disappeared. I felt really weird when I woke up, felt like it meant something. What could it have meant?? :s khaira_kj@hotmail.com

I dreamed of my uncle and mother. My father was quite an expert at driving and my uncle in the dream did some awesome (literally impossible feats). Me, my mom and others were amazed. we were using a moving home(never been in one) there was a baby with my aunt and a boy i could not recognize, i played with the baby but they seemed wanting that the baby should sleep(so i was not welcome). the strangest part of this dream is that, i got a new feeling during the dream as i went to the front of the vehicle and got my ex girlfriend to talk to me. she agreed, so i went ahead and waited for her, as she came, she walked through the shadows after changing into a green cat and when she reached me, she became human again. the feeling was good, i still feel am into her. what does it mean when an ex girlfriend changes into a green cat?

I had a dream that left me feeling strange the next morning. I dreamt that I was led into an old quaint village where a bright red telephone box was centered in the village square, the next time I looked everything was dark and destroyed. I was then led into an old closed down shop where we (me and a friend) took shelter with some others when large black and dark green snakes started to crawl all over the floor, some people were bitten, but I wasn’t. Then the sun came up and the snakes disappeared and we got out of the shop through double glass doors into the light.
    What could this mean?

    Thank you in advance x

I just woke up from a scary dream about green snakes, they were possibly dead. I’m going to tell/describe the dream as clearly as I can.
Here it is: I saw a strange looking nest in the wall, and asked my husband what that was. He told me it is a ”snake nest” I let my aunt in the other room know about it, as it seemed we were in her house, she pulled the nest with no fear and out came a bunch of green snakes, all stiff and straight – and she said “they smell bad”. Not only that — a young girl, an adolescent, fell out of the nest alive among all those snakes as well.

I was disturbed by the nature of this dream, scared, disgusted.

If anyone can share their experience, dreams, input .. please do .. thanks!

    Continued from below:
My boyfriend and I have been arguing recently, and we seemed to resolve some issues in a conversation before we both went to bed. I dreamt another dream about him, but was entirely unrelated to this snake dream.
I’m attempting to draw meaning from what is proposed on this site, but I feel I can’t relate.

I had a dream about a like green snake, like all dreams I entered it with no knowledge of what was happening. It was large, and wrapped around my boyfriend’s neck. It wasn’t constricting him, but it’s head occasionally reared as if it was going to strike. I ran for my phone, I had the number of a snake expert. I explained the appearance of the snake and she replied with “oh dear”, before telling me it could be a barracuda, which I am aware is a fish. I find this strange because barracuda are long and arguably snake like. However, upon learning this information, the snake turned orangey brown and became more aggressive. It uncoiled itself from my boyfriend and began almost floating towards me. I shouted for my boyfriend to stop coming closer but he didn’t, and the snake seemed to grow, finally turning black and sinking its teeth into my arm. I didn’t scream or shout, instead I bit the snake back, sinking my own teeth into its body, strangely killing it. After ringing emergency services and running downstairs, the dream ended with me running out my house.

Is it important to note that there was also a mutual friend of ours that stood on my stairs? Furthermore, is it important to note the events took place in my own house, upstairs in my own room?
I’m not usually one for drawing meaning out of dreams, but as I woke up instantly I thought I’d check it out.
I’ve thought about any programmes I’ve watched recently that contained even a mention of snakes but I can’t think of one. Snakes aren’t a fear of mine either, and within the dream there was a more relaxed atmosphere when the snake was the lime green colour.

  • Finding my Soul November 9, 2011

I had a dream last night which now has lots of meaning to me after reading the interpretation of what a green snake means. Among other happenings in my dream, the central part of my dream was I wasn’t myself. I was in my body but I knew that my soul wasn’t my own, I was possessed by something, and I needed to get it out of me. So, in my dream I knew a lady who could help me and I went to her crying, telling her that I needed to get this thing out of me. She started doing some type of exorcism-type thing, like chanting and the background behind her started to swirl. As I was crying and screaming I then noticed I was holding what appeared to be a small, light green snake in my hands. At first I was afraid of it, I thought it might bite me, but then it I started to feel less afraid and then I wasn’t afraid at all. I was comforted by the snake and it even started to lick my hands. After the exorcism (or at least that is what it felt like in my dream), my own soul was back with me and I walked away with the snake still in my hands and it comforted me. My observation of this dream now that I know what a green snake means, is that I am growing and becoming more one with myself, finding out who I am. Or I am at least on my way there. I have just basically started a new job and there has been a huge change where I am working and everything around me has been feeling different, I have been feeling different. And a lot of my social anxiety’s are still with me, that is something I have battled my whole life, but I am getting and have been getting a lot better as I travel through my years of life and learn new things and meet new people.

I had a dream, I was in bed with my mother and in front of us was a stand with four shelf in it. The first two shelves had shoes inside it and a small night light that brighten the selection of shoes on it. In my dream, I was awake while my mom slept. I saw several water bugs crawling up the selves and into the shoes. I felt frighten by the amount of large cockroaches that gathered on the selves. I sat up on the bed and woke up my mother. When she saw the water bugs, she sat up on the bed, screamed and grabbed my left arm. I glanced at my mom and saw that she was shaking scared. I turn back my attention to the shelve and saw that a lime green cobra was coming out of it and straight to me. The cobra coiled around my waist and up facing me. It opened up its mouth as big as my head. With my right hand I grabbed the snake by the neck of its head and vertically slid my left hand into the side of its mouth avoiding the contact of the venomous fangs. My left hand became a knife as I forced my way from the side of the mouth to the back of cobra’s head and killed it. I then saw myself on the second floor fire escape hold the cobra’s peeled lime green skin. The material was long enough to touch the ground from the second floor. suddenly, a little girl around the age of seven came out of nowhere and grabbed the peeled skin then ran away with it. I ran from inside my apartment out into the street looking for the little girl. I wanted to let her know that the skin of the cobra was poisonous. Instead, I woke up. Please tell me what my dream means.

I had a dream that a tall green snake was dressed in a crisp white business shirt. This snake was very confident and had a big smiling grin. It was floating around all over the place feeling very pleased with itself. The snake seemed to be my brother but I didn’t really think that it was. There was also a casually but well dressed muscley guy going from door to door in my neighbourhood, knocking at each door pretending to be friendly but was really looking for someone. He seemed to have bad intentions.

To me, my dreams are a reality and my reality feels like a dream. Where mind dwells, is its reality for that time. So when I saw the green snake in reality and I read the meanings above, I was moved by the apt interpretations. Life has been a little painful lately but I know I am growing. I was coming back from bonding with the river at a music festival, and started speaking out loud to the snakes(my chinese horoscope), telling them not to appear to me so that I wouldnt be afraid to walk back to the river later. True as bob I get back to my campsite 15 seconds later and everyone is yelling “snake, snake!” Beautiful bright grass green creature, poised on a rock. For some absurd reason I lent over and touched its tail (stupid, could have been a green mamba) and then it scuttled off. An acknowledgement. I had been singing down by the river and blessed the water. I want to be a singer. I am a good jeweller but I also love to sing. The nature gave me her love and a blessing. Healing had been necessary because my boyfriend and I were in a tough place. Hard to be an Artist! In 2011! All is good though. Its a process. Reality and Dream.

it started off with the snake outside my glass screen door , it was moving around as if trying to get in , and then it suddenly appears inside NEXT to my child , nudging him , hissing at this point. i try to grab my son and run and my son back ups , back towards the snake and says something like ” no no no it’ll hurt me ” or maybe he said ” no no no its okay ” i’m not sure about that specific part. but i’m terrified of snakes so i finally grab my son and make a run for it outside of my house and everybody around me ,like my family is just carrying on with life as if there’s not a huge ,bright green , Hissing snake inside my home. i literally woke up scared to death , i was shaking and i kept checking on my son and searching my house for a snake , then i thought maybe it means something? i just really am concerned as to why it was toughing my son . it didn’t come after me , or touch me , it nudged my son while hissing . Anyone have any thoughts? please share? this is for an odd reason really troubling me.

I had a dream last night which recur three times at the same night until morning. I was taking a bath while my nanny was cleaning the bathroom when I suddenly saw a snake. At the first 2 dreams, I didn’t really see how it looks like but my nanny caught the snake and threw it outside. But at the 3rd recurrence of the dream, I saw a bright green snake which made me run out of the bathroom naked because of too much fear and my nanny was not able to catch it anymore.

Hi, last night I dreamt that I was babysitting or house-sitting with a friend of mine in a large home when I spotted a large green (grass green) snake sliding along the floor. I screamed and called my friend, who was upstairs. We ran upstairs to get away from the snake. I can’t remember what happened after that but in the dream I was terrified. The snake came very close to me at one point, just missing or nearly touching my feet. In my ‘real life’ this friend and I are both in transitional periods, both still shaping our life-paths and trying to figure out what the next step is; we are the only two of out most of our friends who are still single and have not ‘settled down.” We are both also working in (or will be working in, in my case) the healing fields and have been going through a process of healing our own wounds, so I’m wondering if this has to do with running away from transformation/change, our own power?

In my dream i was on a bus and there was tons of snakes on my lap and for some reason it looked like they were making a skirt out of them selves (while on me, and they were all alive) the only details I can remember about them were they were dark green and the inside of their mouths were black, anyway, while the snakes were on me I was letting 1-3 of them slither over my right hand, when out of no-where on of them bites my hand.

    What does this mean?

I had a dream last night about a small bright green snake which kept chasing me around the house and trying to bite me which it did many times. I kept grabbing it and throwing it away from me but it kept chasing me and biting and wrapping itself around my hand everytime I tried to pck it up to throw it again. I don’t like snakes so this dream has shaken me up. Would love to know what it means. Thank you!

I had a dream that my cousin bought a green snake. It was a medium sized, medium thickness, light to medium coloured green snake. She bought it, and initially i was really scared of it and then i submitted myself to it, because i figured if it was going to be around and i struggled as it came near me, it might sense it and bite me. the snake got out of its box while we were in a parking lot, but she took it down the winding staircase down in the parking lot and it bounced down very quickly and playfully. then we were both transported into her home (where i also lived for 3 years) and the snake was around her dad, her and me. it tended to climb up our bodies and come up to our necks where it would come and lick our necks (similar to the way dogs do) but it would do so with such concentration and vigour that we would get a redness in our neck as a result. in the dream, we discussed how the snake was so cute as if it were actually trying to suck out the sorrows from our lives. Incidentally, my cousin has moved countries to the Middle east now, which has been a difficult experience, and at the same time her father (my uncle) passed away. I also broke up with a long time relationship in the last year and moved back home after 10 years, both of which have been extremely difficult experiences for me.

Any help on interpreting this dream would be great!

Hi Jasmine, I see your dream as an encouragement to stand strong on your grounds before you make a move. The fact that you’re not afraid of the snake at first could mean that you’re taming your fears, but there are still things that bother you, perhaps regarding where you want to move forward in your life, and they end up “biting” you.

I dreamed that me and my family are in a car on a rough road and going some where, and then we arrive on in a place that is clear, like a clear ground, than all of a sudden I have a coloured green orange and yellow shaded snake as my pet and i am riding it, as it seems its very obedient and goes along as i am directing it and a person very beautiful on another snakes joins me and then we start riding together. then he says to me that i know a place very beautiful and lets go there, i start riding along with him, my dream ended when i saw a beautiful house by the sea, and that person is still with me and both of us are smiling and i feel relieved yet confused.

There was a small snake in my dreama nd my om asked me to get rid of it hiding in some bushes . I was going to throw it over the fence and found a long stick but it wa not long enough and I was fraid of the snake because it turned into a large green one. While I was looking for the stick it came out very slowly and long stretched from the bag in the bushed that is chest level above ground. I was afraid of ti and although it did not bother me it went back to the buches. I grabbed a stick to try and get it and it noticed me and paused. I tried to kill it then it advanced towards me. It was very short. Triangular head with yellow and a black stripe. very green snake with beauftiful colors in it . I woke up when it came very close to me. I was going to step on it but I knew it would bite me?…

Does that mean my mom bosses me around and it could bite me sme day? Or I am going through changes right now and the snake is a good thing?

I had dream last night. In my dream, I went to the toilet to pee. While I was peeing, two green snakes appeared on the bathroom floor. The other was was small, the other one was large. I just ignored the snakes until the big green snake barked at me(weird right?), it made me jump and head to the door. The big snake went after me and almost bit me. I ran out and told my husband to kill the snake. He tried but it got away. Meanwhile, the small snake slithered out and jumped from mu dad to my mom without harming them. We tried to catch it but it also got away. I woke up after that.

It’s as if a lot of different aspects of your personal life represented by the different family members in the dream were united by the snakes. Nobody gets bitten or hurt, so I think the meaning of the dream is rather positive, especially because the snakes are green, which could mean that your dream is about healing. Perhaps it’s about healing close relationships or coming to agreement regarding the idea of parenthood or your relationship with parents. The two snakes could represent a choice you currently have or an opportunity to decide between several options.

I dreamt that we where in a rain storm and the water was running past our tents. I ran towards a place and was confronted by a snake that looked like a rattle snake. It approached me and as it got nearer I saw under its chin, 3 lines that formed a triangle and it had lines in it and the colour was a dark olive green. The colour of the snake was a ligther green. It bit me and I saw its fangs going into my left leg and I could see them sticking in my flesh. When it released, sum guy that was a doctor, gave me sum anti-venom and I was fine but I had two big bruises where it bit me. I would really appreciate it sum1 could tell me what this means.

I had a dream last night that my parents bought me a pet rabbit (which was really small) and along with it a pet snake. the snake was also quite small and a light green colour. the snake went thorugh phases of being threatening and non-threatening throughout the dream. Sometimes the snake would be coiling itself around my right arm (but this didnt bother me in the dream) and other times it was trying to bite me and the rabbit! I thought it ironic at the time that my parents would buy me two pets where one of them tries to eat the other!

I part of the dream i lost the snake and when it was returned to me the snake recognised me and was happy to see me. That’s when it coiled itself around my right arm.

In the same dream, a friend of mine was captured and killed and I was obviously pretty distraught in the dream (this was all going on in between the snake appearing and disapprearing) I cant think how any of it is connected…

Last night I had this dream was about this long bright lime green snake that came out of me. I could not flush it down the toilet. The snake slithered out of the house, just to meet up with another brown snake. They didn’t seem to want to harm anyone or me. The brown snake just looks around and will not come in the house. They both just slither around and keep their heads up.

Last night I dreamt that I was in a house that was under construction and there was a green snake slithering across the floor with it’s head up in what seemed to be the kitchen area of the house. In my dream, my daughters former best friend told me to put a whole bunch of garlic around the area and that we would find it dead. It’s weird bc the whole time the snake just kept on slithering with it’s head up, not really trying to attack anyone or anything.

Here’s how my interpretation goes: Dreaming of a house in construction typically symbolizes the fondations of your personality or that deep changes taking place in your life. Perhaps you’re currently experiencing some kind of renewal, emotionally or in your family life.

What does the kitchen represent for you, what feelings or ideas do you associate with it? It could be that the snake in the kitchen means that you’re are particulary sensitive to what’s happening in the sphere of being a parent or nurtur others or are focusing on what nourishes your own comfort or personal growth.

The general dream mood is about being attentive, paying attention to what’s happening in your own space, which could trigger a bit of concern or feeling that something is threatened. The fact the green snake is not attacking you suggests that whatever is preocuppying you is rather painless and that by following your own guidance or some good old fashion wisdom (like the garlic “solution” in your dream), you’ll handle the situation well.

I dreamed of 2 snakes wrapped around the middle finger on my right hand. The snakes were green with black stripes. They were squeezing my finger tightly and kept trying to shake them off.

An interpretation of the image of the snakes tightly wrapped around your finger could be about a decision you have to make about something important in your life and the pressures you feel from others or perhaps even your own judgment regarding that decision. Investage sexual symbolism associated with the snake: Look into how you feel about an intimate, sensual relationship or your own expression. Green and black together are usually symbolic of the power of your intuition and your unconscious in setting up the path to what’s next. Perhaps the dream points to the need to explore and trust these two a little more?

I was at home with my sister and friend when a giant dark green snake with white stripes slithered in. the snake came to where our feet were amd coiled itself. Then its head started probign around and ended by my feet. My sister amd friend helped me jump on top of something so I wouldnt get bitten, but in that process they both got bit. It slithered into a room in the house. Later on the snake slithered toward us very fast so me amd my sister booked it outside and started running very quickly until we realized our parents wete inside. We called my mom and dad and told them about the snake. We called the police. He searched the house room to room and found nothing. Please respond.

Here’s my interpretation: I see the main theme in your dream about ambivalent feelings you may have in your real life about some people who are close to you – close friends or family. Since you dreamed about a green snake, it’s a sign that you’re growing, expanding, figuring out how your personal developments are changing how you relate people around you. The elusive snake in your dream could mean that you are trying to figure out how to behave or respond to expectations people have or used to have from you. The coiled snake indicates you’re sometimes choosing to be more introvert, perhaps holding back on what you really feel. At the end, the house is free from any snakes, which could represent that worries or potential conflicts are clearing out.

I had a dream last night of a bright lime green snake appearing SUDDENLY in a room of my house .It had a red belly. It was sitting there in a classic colied ( circles on top of itself ) position looking at me. I screamed and backed away and ran from room to room trying to get away from it. it uncolied itself and started rapidly moving towards me very fast. I got out of the house and ran out the street and started calling emergency services. Everyone I came across in the street I stopped them and was asking for help 0 it waqs obvious I was very scared and shaken and I wanted someone to help me call 111 and get help. For some reason my voice was drying up and I couldnt get through to people what was happening! I was panicking terribly. I woke up in a state of extreme panic and had to calm myself down telling myself it was just a dream. But I knew the dream was a message to me. My interpretation? I dont want to write here what i think it was about as i am interested to see what you think? Interpretations are welcome !
    Namaste , have a lovely day !

Thanks for sharing your dream. One interpretation could be about the power of your emotions. The clues I see are the snake’s red belly as the seat of emotions; the snake in your house, in your personal space. Emotions, like the snake in your dream, can take you by surprise, and even though you are first in a position of observer and see what’s going on. One of your reactions is to run away and take refuge by putting on different masks or putting forth different personality traits. The dream could mirror that in your life it feels that people are not listening to you or paying attention to how you feel when you most need it; it might also be difficult to articulate, explain how you feel both to yourself and others, and how intense it feels. This could result in feeling scared and lonely like in the dream, even though you are surrounded by people.
